On Tu BiSh’vat, we celebrate the land of Israel by eating of the seven species of Israel, as described in the Torah:

“…a land of wheat and barley, of vines, figs and pomegranates, a land of olive trees and honey…when you have eaten your fill, give thanks to your God for the good land given to you.” (Deut 8:8-8:10)
