Join us for our Sunday Salon when, once, again, the Jewish Genealogical Society of Greater Miami brings us scholar Michael Milgrom to fill us in on some unknown obscurities to well-known Jewish Holidays.
The feast of gathering the Harvest is one of the 3 pilgrimages to Jerusalem. It’s a very joyous holiday, marked by the building of a Sukkah and using the 4 species.
Together we will uncover the deeper meaning of the holiday and its symbolism. Come a little early and schmooze with others, indulge in some bagels and coffee, and take a look at some book gifts for you.
