Join Rabbi Jeremy Barras with Special Guest Speaker Cameron Brown, AIPAC – AIEF Israel Director.

Dr. Cameron S. Brown is the Director of AIEF in Israel. Before joining AIEF, he was a lecturer and research fellow in International Relations at the Hebrew University. Previously, he was a Research Fellow at Tel Aviv University’s Institute for National Security Studies (INSS) and was Deputy Director of the Global Research in International Affairs (GLORIA) Center at the IDC, Herzliya.

Dr. Brown has published on a wide array of issues, including the Arab-Israel conflict, weapons of mass destruction proliferation, U.S. foreign policy and public opinion, and why modern wars so rarely end in peace treaties. He has also been a regular contributor to the Jerusalem Post and appeared on the BBC, Bloomberg, AP, Reuters, Israeli TV and Army radio.

Dr. Brown received his Ph.D. in Political Science at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), his MA in the Modern Middle East from the Hebrew University, and his BA in Political Science from the University of Illinois. Born in a small town outside of Chicago, he moved to Israel in 1998. He resides in Rehovot with his wife, Rinat, and their two sons.
