Meet Starr Hawkins – a dynamic force in the world of mom fitness! As a devoted mom to a 15-year-old and soon-to-be-second baby, Starr brings a real-life, relatable approach to every workout. With a deep background in pre and postnatal Pilates, she’s mastered the art of training moms at every stage of their journey.
Not only is she the powerhouse behind Momma in BabymommaFit, but Starr also brings the high-energy vibes of a master trainer from Barry’s BootCamp—with a banging playlist that’ll have you moving and grooving! Certified in Yoga and Boxing, she effortlessly blends multiple modalities to create workouts that are as fun as they are effective. And now, with her expanding community and teacher training in mat Pilates, Starr is on a mission to empower moms everywhere.
