Soft and Strong Flow with Parker Sloan and Mat Pilates with Tiffany Zakka
Sweat away your Sunday scaries at The Hub with a special double mat feature. Join us in the courtyard for either or both classes for a morning centered around health and community. All levels welcome. Please bring a mat, water bottle, and sun protection.
Start off your morning with a Soft and Strong Flow led by Parker Sloan from 9:30 – 10:30 AM.
After a water break, meet us back for part two of the double feature with a mat pilates class led by Tiffany Zakka of Sweat Move Yoga from 10:40 – 11:45 AM. Mat Pilates by Sweat Move Yoga focuses on core strength, stability, and controlled movement using just your body and the mat. This all-levels class builds deep muscle tone, improves posture, and enhances flexibility-perfect for anyone looking to move with intention and strength.
